There are so many ways to practice with us. Before choosing a class we encourage you to ask what YOU need from your practice that day (physically and mentally) and then choose a class that parallels that energy. Feeling like you have some extra fire to burn off so you can find some ease? Try one of our YANG classes. Needing to ground and calm both body and mind? Look no further than our YIN experiences. We encourage you to make a choice based on today’s body and mind. Intensity levels & personal style varies by each unique teacher.
