Becca Stephens
Becca is an experienced yoga teacher and a long-standing facilitator of Eat Breathe Thrive, a nonprofit organization that aims to prevent and help people recover from eating disorders. As a former collegiate athlete, Becca has always enjoyed moving her body for wellness and mental health. Becca has worked in the aquatics, health, and wellness
industries for over 25 years in many roles (i.e., swim coach, fitness instructor, and manager of aquatic facilities).
In 2008 she began her yoga journey when work-life balance became a challenge. She attended classes daily, became a 200-hour certified yoga instructor, and eventually opened prana STRONG yoga & wellness. Becca led a supportive and inclusive yoga community in Penacook, NH for 10 years before recently moving to OH. Becca has studied Anatomy
and Breath with Leslie Kaminoff, Yoga Off the Matt with Sean Corn, and Therapeutic Yoga with Doug Keller. She also holds a Children's Trauma Informed Yoga Certification and is a certified Reiki 2 practitioner. Throughout her journey, Becca realized that moving her body and breathing intentionally was what helped her to ease anxiety and gain a positive body image, she seeks to offer these same benefits to her students.
